Criteria:

Active participation in athletics, theatre, debate or journalism
Demonstrated service to those less fortunate
Demonstrated financial need, submission of Student Aid Report required
Additional consideration will be given to students who have maintained at least a 3.0 GPA, submission of unofficial transcript required

Prepare a short statement about a teacher, coach, school counselor or special person who has had an impact on your life.
