Meet Our Zephyr Gala Emcee, Jessi Pierce, Mahtomedi Class of 2006
We are thrilled to announce that Jessi Pierce, Mahtomedi Class of 2006, will be the emcee for our 2024 Zephyr Gala.
Jessi discovered her love for hockey during her senior year at Mahtomedi High School, as the statistician for the Zephyr boy's hockey team. She decided to combine her passion for sports with her writing skills by pursuing a journalism degree at Iowa State University.
Currently, Jessi provides daily coverage of the Minnesota Wild for the National Hockey League (NHL). She is a frequent guest on both local and national radio and podcast shows. Her work has been featured on the NHL, USA Hockey, Minnesota Hockey, and The Athletic. Jessi is also the co-host of the popular podcast Bardown Beauties, where she and her co-host Kirsten Krull provide hockey fans with an inside look at Minnesota Hockey, including college and the Minnesota Wild.
